What materials do you use for your products?

We use recycled materials such as truck tarps, wallpaper, and billboards, ensuring high quality and sustainability for all our products.

Where are your bags produced?

Our bags are produced in our workshop in Villa Lagarina, with the help of local artisans who ensure expertise and professionalism.

What is your commitment to sustainability?

Volverup is dedicated to reducing waste and promoting upcycling. We collaborate with local artisans and use recycled materials to create unique, sustainable, and high-quality products.

How can I take care of my Volverup bag?

To keep your bag in excellent condition, clean it with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol, and direct heat exposure.

Can I customize my Volverup bag?

Currently, we do not offer customization services. However, each of our products is unique due to the recycled materials used.

Do you offer a warranty or repair service?

Yes, our products come with a 2-year warranty. To access the warranty service, keep your proof of purchase and contact our customer care at: ciao@volverup.com. For repairs, send a description of the issue and photos. If the product is out of warranty, we will provide an estimate before proceeding.

Orders Where can I purchase your products?

You can purchase our products online on our website or visit our stores in Trento, at Via Diaz 9, and in Rovereto, at Via Rialto 55.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers. In physical stores, we also accept cash.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Certainly, request the invoice in the "notes" section during checkout.

Do you sell your products to other stores?

Yes, our products are available in our Rovereto and Trento stores and at authorized retailers.

Can I purchase directly from the workshop?

No, the workshop does not sell directly to the public. However, you can make an appointment to request customizations and then pick up and pay at the store.

How can I modify my order or shipping address?

For modifications, send an email to ciao@volverup.com specifying the changes, your details, and the order number, provided the shipment has not yet been prepared.

Is gift wrapping available?

Absolutely! Indicate this in the "notes" section when ordering.

How can I use a Gift Voucher?

You can use the Gift Voucher online by entering the code at checkout, or in our physical stores by presenting it at the cash register.

Shipping and Returns Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For more details, contact us at ciao@volverup.com.

Is my order tracked? We use the SDA courier, which offers a tracking service. For shipments outside the European Community, we may use different couriers upon request.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice and reschedule delivery for the next day. If still absent, the package will be held at the branch for 3 days and then taken to the competent Post Office for 7 days. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 3-4 business days from the order. Times may vary; check the "Shipping" section on our website for more details.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with original tags). To initiate a return, contact us via email or visit one of our stores. More information is available on the returns page.

Can I return an online purchase directly to the stores?

Yes, arrange the return in advance by writing to us at ciao@volverup.com.
